Sometimes “out-of-office” events are already good to know, but you need more: this is where Google Calendar™'s “work locations” come into play. These are also taken into account and automatically transferred to the spreadsheet. You can go even further and create your own event categories using keywords. No problem, use custom functions to count how many times you'll have off, or calculate whatever you want using Google Sheets™ standard formulas.
