To use this app, integrate your Agiloft knowledgebase with Google Drive so that documents open for editing in Google Docs™. With the app, you can 1. review and edit contract details like title, description, counterparty, and dates. 2. review, edit, or remove clause and key term tags. 3. Tag text as a clause or key term.
