The Contracktime Add-On is a system that allows you to trace the industrial sequence and chronology of a project as written and exchanged by email by all parties involved in the project. The emails are imported into your Contracktime webapp account to generate synthetic, thematic and chronological reports to give you a detailed history of variations in your project schedule and costs. How the Add-On works: - Start installing the Contracktime for Gmail™ Add-On - Open any email and click on the Contracktime icon in the right-hand side of your inbox - Choose the company environment - Select the project your email is related to - Tag one or more topics. When you select a topic, the system will ask you to select which task(s) you work on related to the topic. - Record the time spent working on the topic (optional) - Click on the topic and select the contract concerned by the topic and select any schedule task impacted by the topic. - The Add-On allows tagging on three (3) additional criteria by clicking on “consult” next to the contract or the schedule task selected o you may select one or more price items impacted by the topic and add a quantity variation. o You may select an area of your project site impacted by the topic o You may select a work package of your project impacted by the topic Contracktime for Gmail™ Add-On works in combination with your Contracktime Webapp account where you must first configure your tagging criteria by creating/importing the following prerequisites according to your needs: project schedule, price items, areas and work packages.
