This add-on generates reports from google form responses using google sheets. The add-on allows users to attach hashtags (labels) to their google form questions. The reports generated provide colored visual of the overall scores of the attached hashtags. This gives the google form user a very simple way to turn regular forms into summarized insights that can be used in performance reviews, product reviews or in many interesting use cases.
