Educastic bridges the gap between your Google Calendar™ and your Educastic account, streamlining the scheduling process for meetings. How it works: Installation: Install the Educastic add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Setup: Grant the necessary permissions for calendar access and background operation. Then, copy your JWT token from the Educastic profile integration settings and paste it into the add-on's settings. Scheduling: When creating a new Google Calendar™ event, select the “Educastic Meeting” option. The add-on automatically generates a corresponding meeting on the Educastic platform, ensuring both calendars stay in sync. Sync & Updates: Any updates or deletions made in Google Calendar™ are reflected in Educastic within 1–2 minutes. Benefits: Eliminates the need to manually create meetings on both platforms.
