GS2WP Survey WordPress plugin lets user easily create survey on any topic for his/her WordPress site. Just login to your spreadsheet , fill the questions and publish. The short code for the survey will generate automatically within the WordpRess Admin area. Paste it anywhere- on a post or page, the survey will appear there.
