For recruiters, HiringFunnel is a new way to manage requisitions and people. Recruiters can create requisitions when they receive a job description right within Gmail. They can track applicants, their status through the interview without leaving Gmail. HiringFunnel also generates basic statistics about how requisitions have progressed over time.
