The NextAgency for Gmail™ is a tool that allows you to easily link emails in Gmail™ with specific cases in NextAgency. By using this, you can quickly associate an email with one or more cases in just a few seconds. Once an email is attached to a case record in NextAgency, any actions you take on that email within Gmail™, such as deleting or moving it to a different folder, will not impact the email within the corresponding case record. This means that you can manage your emails in Gmail™ without worrying about affecting the email's status or availability within NextAgency. And you can manage your emails in NextAgency without affecting the email's status or availability in Gmail™. FYI: To use the add-in, you must have a NextAgency account which is paid. After paying for the subscription, you can add users to your account who can use the 'NextAgency for Gmail™' to associate their emails with cases.
