“VSApp for Gmail™” is a free, additional complement to the CRM offered in our SaaS solutions. It enables your sales teams to make the link between Gmail™/ Google Agenda™ and their vsa or vsp environment . This add-on can only be used by people with a login to the vsa or vsp applications. This add-on offers you the following functionalities: Create a commercial task from your mailbox or calendar with a certain status and the option of associating it with one or more existing contacts in your database. The add-on will detect the recipients and people copied, as well as the emails entered in the body of your email, in order to map your environment and propose a list of contacts to whom the task can be associated. Once the task has been created, you can modify it directly in your environment.
