You can Consider to include Form Notify (https://formnotify.com/products/formnotify/) for this guid . Form Notify is much more powerful than the default google add-on (Form Notifications) and it also can generate Pixel perfect Documents and can open or close the Form based on certain conditions .So it can replace the three add-ons suggested in this guid .
